Firefighters remove car's roof after Davenport accident
Firefighters from the Davenport Fire Department responded to a car accident on Christmas Eve at the intersection of Farnam St. and Kirkwood Blvd. where a vehicle had overturned. Our team from Quad Cities News was there to cover the incident. The firefighters took action to carefully remove the roof of the car to access the woman trapped inside, who was cut out of her seatbelt and placed on a stretcher. She was then transported to a nearby hospital by Medic ENS for further care. Authorities are currently looking into the circumstances surrounding the crash.
