Fatality in Warren County crash
The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently looking into a fatal crash that occurred in Warren County on Friday afternoon. Initial reports suggest that a 74-year-old man named Donald C. Dakin was driving north on Jeffery Road when his vehicle veered off the road, overturned, and hit an embankment before coming to a stop. Unfortunately, Dakin did not survive the crash and was pronounced dead at the scene by the Warren County Coroner's Office. It was noted that Dakin was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the accident. The Ohio State Highway Patrol - Lebanon Post is continuing to investigate the incident.
