Fatal Three Oaks Parkway crash claims motorcyclist's life
The Florida Highway Patrol is currently investigating a tragic accident in Lee County. According to authorities, the incident occurred at around 8 p.m. on Thursday night at the intersection of Three Oaks Parkway and San Carlos Boulevard. A driver, facing a yellow flashing traffic signal while traveling south on Three Oaks Parkway, made a left turn in front of a 25-year-old motorcyclist who was legally proceeding north with a green light. Despite being rushed to a hospital, the motorcyclist, a resident of Estero, was sadly pronounced dead. The investigation into the crash is ongoing.
