Fatal single-vehicle crash on SC-41 in Berkeley Co
BERKELEY COUNTY, S.C. (WCBD) - The South Carolina Highway Patrol reported a fatal single-vehicle collision that occurred SC-41 near Jericho Horse Trail on April 29. According to the agency, the vehicle involved, 2008 Toyota Sudan, was traveling south on SC-41, when it ran off the road to the right, and struck a tree around 7:30 a.m. The driver was the only person in the vehicle, and sustained fatal injuries. Information about the driver will be released by the Berkeley County Coroner's Office when appropriate. This collision will remain under investigation by the South Carolina Highway Patrol.
