Two individuals tragically lost their lives in a car crash on Interstate 75 in Atlanta early Saturday morning. Authorities were called to the scene at I-75 southbound near Cleveland Avenue SW at around 3:15 a.m. where they discovered a vehicle engulfed in flames with the two occupants deceased inside. According to officials, the driver lost control while attempting to take an exit, resulting in the car crashing into a pole and catching fire. The identities of the victims have not yet been disclosed as the bodies were unrecognizable due to the fire. The Accident Investigations Unit is investigating the incident to determine the circumstances of the crash.
