Fatal rollover crash claims life of Attica resident
The Norwalk division of the Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a deadly collision that took place on U.S. 224 in Venice Township, Seneca County. The incident occurred on December 16 at 12:38 a.m., involving a black 2005 GMC Sierra driven by Morgan Patton, 30, of Attica. Patton veered off the road while heading east on U.S. 224, causing the vehicle to overturn. The driver, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was fatally injured in the accident. Various authorities, including the Seneca County Sheriff's Office, Attica Fire Department, Seneca County EMS, and others, provided assistance at the scene.
