Fatal pedestrian accident on I-85 in Greenville County, according to coroner.
The Greenville County Coroner's Office is currently handling a traffic accident on I-85 close to exit 48. Reports indicate that several emergency calls were made around 7 p.m. about an incident where a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle. Sadly, the pedestrian did not survive and was declared deceased by paramedics at the scene. The Greenville County Coroner's Office and the Greenville City Police Department are both involved in investigating the matter.
