Fatal hit-and-run incident in east Las Vegas.
A fatal hit-and-run accident occurred in the eastern Las Vegas valley, as reported by Metro police. The incident took place on Nellis Boulevard close to Lake Mead Boulevard around 8 p.m. Unfortunately, one individual lost their life due to the injuries sustained in the pedestrian-involved crash. The section of Nellis Boulevard near Monroe Avenue is currently shut down while law enforcement conducts their inquiry, according to RTC Southern Nevada.
