Fatal hit-and-run crash claims life of Virginia man in Towson on Beltway
A tragic incident occurred overnight on the Beltway in the Towson area, resulting in the death of a Virginia man in a hit-and-run. According to Maryland State Police, a collision involving an SUV and a car led to the fatality. The victim, identified as Ahmed Waqus Qayun Kahn, 30, lost his life at the scene. The responsible driver fled the scene, leaving behind a red 2025 Chevrolet Equinox with damage to the front passenger side.
