Fatal Crash on Maynardville Pike in Halls
A fatal crash occurred on Maynardville Pike in Halls Thursday evening, leading to a temporary closure of the highway for investigation. The closure has been lifted now, but earlier, all four lanes of Maynardville Pike were closed at Norris Freeway. The Tennessee Highway Patrol is currently investigating the incident. Drivers were initially advised to avoid the area, however, as of early Friday morning, the SmartWay map shows no closure in that location.
