Fatal crash on Madison Avenue Expressway leads to woman's death
In Youngstown, Ohio, a woman who was part of a three-vehicle collision on Saturday on the Madison Avenue Expressway has passed away. Lt. Robert Gentile from the Youngstown Police Department's traffic bureau reported that the woman, who was driving one of the vehicles involved, was in the accident around 9 p.m. on the expressway close to Wirt Street. Three individuals were taken to St. Elizabeth Health Center for treatment following the incident. On Sunday, investigators were informed of the woman's passing. The Mahoning County Coroner's Office will later disclose her identity. Police originally responded to a two-vehicle crash, which later involved a third vehicle with one of the vehicles catching on fire.
