Fatal crash near El Paso: Man killed when car rear-ends semi
At 1:32 p.m., Woodford County Sheriff's Office disclosed that a fatal accident on Interstate 39 near El Paso involved a man who collided with a slow-moving semi designated as an "oversized load."
