Fatal crash in Sullivan County involved lone driver
A driver tragically passed away in a vehicle crash that took place on State Road 54 just east of Dugger in Sullivan County. The incident occurred around 10 a.m. on Saturday. The driver was unable to survive the injuries sustained in the crash despite the efforts of emergency responders from the Union Fire Department. The driver's identity will be shared at a later date, as per Sullivan County Sheriff Jason Bobbitt. Assisting in the response were the Dugger Town Marshal, Indiana State Trooper, Union Fire Department, SCAT, and the Sullivan County Corner’s Office.
