Fatal crash in Orange County during police pursuit
A car chase that began in Anaheim last night tragically resulted in the suspect's vehicle colliding with another car, resulting in the death of the driver, according to authorities. The incident started when a driver fled a traffic stop in Anaheim and led police into Placentia, where the fatal crash occurred at Bradford and Madison avenues. Another vehicle was also hit in the collision, resulting in minor injuries to that driver. The fleeing suspect was eventually apprehended by law enforcement. Witness Maria Torres described seeing the chase unfold and quickly reported it to 911.
