Fatal crash in North Philadelphia involving Uber passenger and domestic assault suspect fleeing authorities, police report

Joseph Cini is wanted for causing a fatal accident involving an Uber vehicle, resulting in the death of a 63-year-old female passenger. The incident took place early Monday morning at the intersection of North 9th Street and West Girard Avenue. Cini was driving a Nissan Maxima and collided with a red Jeep Patriot before fleeing the scene on foot. The Uber driver sustained injuries but is in stable condition. Authorities are urging anyone with information on Cini's whereabouts to contact them immediately.
