UPDATE: Florida Highway Patrol has reopened all lanes. ORIGINAL STORY: HOLMES COUNTY, Fla. (WMBB) - A fatal traffic crash has caused delays on Interstate 10 in Bonifay on Thursday morning. According to the Florida Highway Patrol, the incident happened shortly after 6:30 a.m. on I-10 westbound near mile marker 114. Westbound traffic on I-10 is being diverted to Highway 77.
