Fatal crash caught on dashcam near Warner Bros. Studios
A tragic incident occurred in the early hours of Wednesday morning near Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, where a fatal rollover crash was captured on dashcam. The collision transpired as two vehicles were heading west on Olive Avenue around 1 a.m. Video footage from a vehicle's dashcam shows the victim's car overtaking on the right before colliding with a curb, flipping over, and catching fire close to Pass Avenue. First responders found the driver, who was the only person in the vehicle, had been ejected and unfortunately pronounced her deceased at the scene. The woman's identity has not been disclosed as the authorities continue with their investigation into the crash, with speed believed to have played a role. While it is uncertain if alcohol or drugs were involved, drivers have been advised to exercise caution on that particular bend of Olive Avenue known for high speeds. The section of Olive Avenue between Hood Avenue and Maple Street was temporarily closed for the investigation purposes.
