Fatal accident near Avon leaves one dead
A man from Nebraska tragically lost his life in a car accident that occurred on Friday afternoon near Avon, SD. The incident, in which the driver of a 2006 Chevy Cobalt lost control of the vehicle and it rolled into a field, took place one mile southeast of Avon. The 50-year-old driver, who was from Brunswick, NE, was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the crash and suffered fatal injuries after being partially ejected from the car. The authorities have not yet released the name of the individual involved as they are in the process of notifying the family members.
