Fatal accident in Milwaukee, Sherman and Fond du Lac; 1 fatality, suspect in custody
A fatal incident occurred in Milwaukee on Monday night, June 14, when a pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near Sherman and Fond du Lac. The driver, a 35-year-old man, who was being pursued by police due to reckless driving, lost control of the vehicle and hit several objects, including the pedestrian. Sadly, the pedestrian, a 55-year-old individual, passed away from their injuries at the scene. The driver was arrested and taken to a hospital for treatment of his non-fatal injuries. The Milwaukee Police Department is continuing their investigation, and criminal charges will be forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office.
