According to the Fresno County Sheriff’s office, a tragic incident occurred in Fresno County where a man lost his life while working to dismantle an oil rig. The incident was reported on Monday morning when deputies were informed about an injured individual near Mt. Whitney and Polk Avenue in Riverdale. The victim, a 29-year-old man whose identity has not been disclosed, succumbed to his injuries. It was reported that he was part of a crew removing the oil rig when a heavy metal component fell, leading to the fatal accident.
