Family of Israeli man ask for blood donations after he is critically injured in Thailand crash.

Yuval Cohen, a 23-year-old Israeli traveler, was severely injured in a tragic road accident in Chiang Mai, Thailand, this past Saturday, alongside five other Israeli individuals in their 20s. Cohen is currently in critical condition at Nakornping Hospital following emergency surgery. Cohen's sister, Racheli, has urgently appealed for O-negative blood donors among Israelis in Thailand, as that is the blood type he requires. Friends and supporters are asked to donate at Nakornping Hospital, floor 2, at 8 a.m. local time for Yuval Cohen. His sister noted that doctors are waiting for him to stabilize before conducting further scans on his head and spinal cord. The group of travelers, who were in a minibus carrying 10 Israelis, met with the accident due to the vehicle overturning. The injured have been evacuated to Bangkok Hospital, and their parents have flown to Thailand to accompany them. The Israeli Foreign Ministry is coordinating with authorities to provide necessary assistance, with the Israeli consul en route to the scene. Thailand has unfortunately seen multiple accidents involving Israeli citizens recently, highlighting the importance of safety measures for travelers in the region.
