Elderly man dead, woman injured in semi vs. car crash in Midland
MIDLAND, Mich. - A crash involving a semi-truck on the 4th of July took the life of an elderly Midland man. The crash happened around 4 p.m. on Saturday near E. Buttles St. and State St. The driver of the car, and 85-year-old man from Midland, died from his injuries after being rushed to a local hospital. That vehicle's passenger, an 85-year-old Midland woman is being treated for injuries. The driver of the semi, a 47-year-old man from Memphis, Tennessee, was not hurt.
