Eastbound Highway 50 closed after crash in El Dorado County
Highway 50 is closed in El Dorado County after a crash this morning. The crash took place on Ice House Road, according to Caltrans' District 3. Initially, only eastbound lanes were closed, but now the road is closed in both directions. Caltrans said eastbound traffic is currently being turned at Ice House Road and westbound traffic is being turned at the State Route 89 and Highway 50 junction. There is no estimated time of reopening. This is a developing story.
