Driver fleeing police dies in crash near St. Cloud State University campus - authorities

The incident occurred late Monday night when the man was driving at a high speed through the university area. The officer tried to stop the pursuit, but the man continued driving recklessly, eventually crashing into a parked car and a light pole. The man was pronounced dead at the scene, while another individual in the parked car sustained non-life-threatening injuries.
