Driver arrested for wrong-way driving and causing 3-car crash in northeast Las Vegas

Authorities in Las Vegas are looking into a collision involving three vehicles, leading to the apprehension of a person and temporary closure of a key street in the northeast area on Thursday morning. According to Las Vegas Metropolitan police, the incident occurred at approximately 4:30 a.m. on E. Lake Mead Boulevard close to Marion Drive, towards the west of Nellis Boulevard, and entailed a driver going the wrong way. The driver in question collided with two other vehicles on Lake Mead, resulting in one of them overturning. The individual was taken to a medical facility with minor injuries. E. Lake Mead Boulevard was accessible to traffic again by 6:15 a.m.
