Driver arrested after fatal crash near 94th and Wilbur in Milwaukee
A fatal incident occurred on Tuesday night, Jan. 13 near 94th and Wilbur in Milwaukee resulting in the death of one individual. According to Milwaukee police, the driver, a 60-year-old, was speeding west on Wilbur Avenue, lost control, and crashed into a tree. The 41-year-old passenger sustained fatal injuries and passed away at the scene, while the driver is receiving medical treatment for non-life-threatening injuries at a hospital. The driver has been apprehended and charges are awaiting review by the Milwaukee County District Attorney's Office.
