Deadly crash on Hwy 80 in Effingham County
EDEN, Ga. (WSAV) — UPDATE: All roads have been reopened. There was a heavy emergency personnel presence on Hwy 80 in Eden following a crash with a fatality. The incident occurred on Tuesday at approximately 11:44 a.m. on Hwy 80 at Pine Street in Eden. Officials have confirmed that the crash involved a motorcycle. Hwy 80 was closed for hours to allow emergency crews to respond to the incident. WSAV has reached out to the Effingham County Sheriff's Office for more information.
