Deadly accident at 50th and Custer after driver ignores stop sign
A man, aged 48, was taken into custody after a tragic accident in Milwaukee on the morning of December 16th. Police reported that the man drove through a stop sign near 50th and Custer at approximately 1:40 a.m., resulting in a collision with a turning vehicle. The man who disregarded the stop sign sustained non-fatal injuries and was hospitalized before being arrested. The driver of the other vehicle, a 47-year-old, and a 63-year-old passenger were also injured, with the passenger unfortunately losing their life due to the injuries sustained. The case will be forwarded to the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office for further legal action.
