Southbound Edgewood Road reopens after serious crash

The southbound lane of Edgewood Road has reopened after a serious car crash Wednesday afternoon in Cedar Rapids. The crash took place at the intersection of Edgewood and Ellis Boulevard. CRPD and medical personnel responded to the scene. No information on what caused the accident or any injuries have been reported.
