Crews responding to car crash into St. Louis Toyota dealership structure
ST. LOUIS - Emergency crews are responding to a multi-vehicle crash Tuesday morning. According to the St. Louis Fire Department, a multi-car accident on westbound Interstate 44 at Hampton Avenue led to one vehicle traveling off the highway and into a structure at the Ackerman Toyota dealership around 8:15 a.m. Officials are at the scene are assessing for injuries. The right lane is closed on westbound I-44 at Hampton Avenue, according to MoDOT. This is a developing story. More will be posted as it comes into the FOX 2 newsroom.
