Crash closes part of I-465 on Indy’s east side
INDIANAPOLIS – A crash closed part of I-465 on the east side for more than an hour on Monday morning. This happened on I-465 northbound near mile marker 41 between 38th Street and Pendleton Pike. According to an alert from the Indiana Department of Transportation citing Indiana State Police, three left lanes were initially closed due to an overturned vehicle. At 7:35 a.m., an alert indicated the two left lanes were closed while the two right lanes were open. At 7:50 a.m., the center lane reopened but the left lane remained closed. All lanes reopened just before 8 a.m., according to an INDOT alert citing ISP.
