CPSO investigates ATV fatality in Keithville
KEITHVILLE, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – The Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal crash involving an all-terrain vehicle in Keithville. Just after 10 am on Friday, February 27, 2026, CPSO responded to an emergency request for assistance from Caddo Fire District 6. When they arrived, they found a collision involving an ATV and a deceased person on the scene. CPSO spokesman Brandon Fountain described it as a "freak ATV accident". While the investigation is still in the early stages, CPSO believes that one person started the ATV, and another person was inadvertently run over.
