Coroner identifies man, 50, killed in York County forklift accident

The coroner has identified a man killed in an accident involving a forklift nearly two weeks ago. James Daniel Robinson, 50, had been operating a forklift when the forklift tilted, causing Robinson to become trapped by a large concrete block, according to the York County Coroner's Office. The concrete block had been used as a counterweight on the forklift, the coroner said. The coroner was called to the work site around 1:25 p.m. that day. Robinson's cause and manner of death are still pending autopsy results. OSHA is investigating the deadly accident, along with the Northern Regional Police Department. CBS 21 reached out to Mid-Atlantic Precast for a statement about the incident June 10 and hasn't heard back.
