Chesterfield Police investigating fatal pedestrian crash
RICHMOND, Va. (WWBT) - Chesterfield Police say one person is dead after being hit by a car Wednesday morning. Police say the crash happened off Hull Street Road and Astor Road. Officers say a 2023 White Ford F-250 was traveling East on Hull Street Road when it struck a man. Crews attempted life-saving measures on the man, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene. East-bound Hull Street Road is closed between Astor Road and Fordham Road while police investigate.
