Car destroyed in crash with Amtrack train
WILLOUGHBY, Ohio (WJW) -- A car was destroyed after being struck by an Amtrak train in Willoughby. The crash happened at about 3:30 a.m. on Friday near Erie and Depot streets. “A driver was able to get out of the vehicle, prior to the vehicle being struck by a train on the CSX tracks,” Willoughby police said in a press release. No one else was in the vehicle. No one was hurt.
