Both lanes of I-83 in York County backed up for miles after multi-car crash
Traffic has been reduced to a crawl on Interstate 83 in both lanes after a multi-car crash in York County. Dispatch said the crash happened around 7:45 a.m. near exit 21 in Springettsburg Township to merge onto U.S Route 30 heading east. It's unclear if anyone has been hurt. According to 511PA, traffic is expected to be stalled until at least 9:15 a.m. Drivers should expect major delays and are encouraged to find an alternative route.
