Bicyclist killed during Greene County crash
GREENE COUNTY, Miss. (WHLT) - A bicyclist was killed during a crash in Mississippi. The crash occurred on Mississippi Highway 57 in Greene County just before 9:15 a.m. on May 16, 2026. According to the Mississippi Highway Patrol (MHP), a 2017 Ford Mustang was traveling north on the highway when it collided with a bicycle. Troopers said the bicyclist, 65-year-old Annice E. Jordan, of State Line, died at the scene. The driver of the Ford was transported to a local hospital with minor injuries. The crash remains under investigation by MHP.
