Bengals player Cam Taylor-Britt involved in crash in northern Kentucky

Shortly following Bengals player Cam Taylor-Britt's completion of a 5-day jail term for reckless driving, WLWT received details about another incident involving the cornerback. Taylor-Britt was reportedly a passenger in a rollover crash in Covington, Kentucky, on November 15, just prior to sustaining a season-ending injury to his left quad. Covington police shared a report and video indicating that a black Jeep, carrying Taylor-Britt as a passenger, collided with a parked red car on Scott Street, leading to both vehicles overturning, with the Jeep ending up on its roof. Body camera footage revealed that the individuals initially involved in the crash left the scene, but Taylor-Britt's brother later returned, offering conflicting accounts to police. Initially, he claimed a woman was driving the Jeep and Taylor-Britt was at home. However, upon the police locating Taylor-Britt, he informed them he was a passenger and that his brother Jafabian was the driver, stating that Jafabian had become distracted and lost control of the vehicle. The crash transpired shortly before 3:30 a.m. on November 15, just a day before Taylor-Britt suffered his injury. The previous week, Taylor-Britt had received a 5-day sentence at the Hamilton County Justice Center for reckless driving, stemming from incidents in which he disregarded traffic signals, drove erratically, and operated a vehicle without a license.
