One dead in head-on crash in Upstate
ANDERSON COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) - One person was killed Friday evening in a head-on crash in Anderson County. According to the South Carolina Highway Patrol, at around 11:58 p.m., the driver of a Chevrolet pickup truck was traveling west on S.C. Highway 8 near U.S. 29 when they crossed the center line and hit another truck head-on. The driver of the Chevrolet pickup was killed in the crash. Their identity has not been released. The crash remains under investigation.
