At least one dead after crash on I-80 near state line
EAST LACKAWANNOCK Twp., PA (WKBN) -- A fatal crash has shut down a portion of I-80 westbound Wednesday morning. Mercer County Coroner John Libonati confirmed that one person is dead following a crash on I-80 westbound in East Lackawannock Twp. near mile marker 7. PennDOT said I-80 westbound is closed from Exit 15 in Mercer to Exit 4, which goes to Hermitage and the I-376 interchange. The westbound lanes will reopen once the area has been cleared.
