At least 1 dead after multi-vehicle crash on Bay Bridge
(KRON) -- At least one person died from a multi-vehicle crash on the Bay Bridge Saturday morning. California Highway Patrol officers responded to the crash on the Bay Bridge just before 4 a.m. on eastbound I-80 near the Treasure Island offramp. At least one person died as a result of the crash. All eastbound lanes were shut down for several hours following the crash and have since been reopened.
