At least 1 dead, 3 children injured in 'serious' Trimble County crash
At least one person is dead and three children were hurt in a serious crash in Trimble County.(Watch our initial story in the video player above)According to the sheriff's office, a call came in for a two-vehicle crash around 9:54 a.m. Tuesday on Highway 421 at the bottom of Milton Hill, approaching the Milton-Madison bridge.Officials tell WLKY that three children were hurt and they had to send in three medical helicopters. Around 2:30 p.m., the sheriff's office confirmed there was also a fatality, but gave no further details.The road was closed, but has since reopened.This is a developing story. Check back for updates.
