Anthony Joshua Discharged After Deadly Car Accident
World-renowned boxer Anthony Joshua has been discharged from a Nigerian hospital following a car accident that tragically took the lives of two of his trainers. The former heavyweight champion and Olympic gold medalist left the hospital on Wednesday and will now continue his recovery at home. Anthony was under observation at a Lagos hospital after the fatal crash that occurred earlier this week. The accident, in which Anthony was a passenger, resulted in the loss of his strength and conditioning coach, Sina Ghami, and his trainer, Latif Ayodele, both of whom were close friends of the boxer. Following his hospital discharge, Joshua accompanied his mother to a funeral home in Lagos to pay his respects to his deceased friends.
