Accident closes part of Buchanan Street in Edwardsville IL
A crash in downtown Edwardsville closed Buchanan Street between Vandalia and Schwarz streets. Scanner traffic about 3:16 p.m. April 17 reported a crash downtown. An EMS technician at the scene said everyone involved refused transport to a hospital. No additional details about the crash were immediately available.
