A teen on an e-bike was hit by a car in Fowler

A teen riding an e-bike was hit by a car on Sunday night. Fowler Police responded to a traffic accident at the South Avenue and Citrus Avenue intersection a bit after 8 p.m. It was discovered that a teen riding an e-bike was hit by a car. The teen was provided medical aid and is in stable condition. The driver cooperated with the police. Police say drugs and alcohol do not appear to be a factor in this crash.
