92-year-old killed after pedestrian crash in East Providence

The East Providence Police Department said a 92-year-old man was killed after being struck by a vehicle on Sunday. The pedestrian crash occurred at the Shaw's on Taunton Avenue. The victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries and later died. The driver of the vehicle remained on scene and cooperated with officers.
