24-year-old Richmond driver dead after I-95 crash on Stafford County
STAFFORD COUNTY, Va. (WRIC) — A 24-year-old driver is dead after an early morning car crash on Interstate 95 in Stafford County. Virginia State Police said Tamara Eddy of Richmond has died after a crash on I-95 northbound at around 1:06 a.m. on Sunday, May 10. Police said a 2023 Freightliner tractor-trailer had stopped in the center lane for an unrelated crash when a 2022 Subaru rear-ended it. The Subaru's driver, Eddy, died at the scene. The tractor-trailer's driver was not injured. Further information was not immediately available. Police continue to investigate.
