2 killed, 2 injured in crash on North Main Street in Mount Airy, Surry County EMS says
MOUNT AIRY, N.C. (WGHP) — Two people were killed, and two others were injured in a crash Sunday afternoon, according to Surry County EMS. At 1:34 p.m., Mount Airy Police, Mount Airy Rescue and the Mount Airy Fire Department responded to a two-vehicle crash at the intersection of North Main Street and West Oakdale Street. Two people were transported by EMS with non-life-threatening injuries, and two others were pronounced dead at the scene. The crash is under investigation.
