DENVER (KDVR) -- One person is dead following a crash involving multiple vehicles on Interstate 25 on Sunday morning, which caused traffic to slow down for a few hours. The Greenwood Village Police Department said just before 7 a.m. that most of the northbound lanes were closed near Arapahoe Road due to a crash involving injury. A spokesperson for the department told FOX31 that one person died as a result of the crash and there were no other injuries to report. Most lanes had reopened by around 9:30 a.m., though traffic was still slowed down in the area. All lanes have since reopened. The police department said there was injury involved in the crash but did not specify what kind of injury or the status of anyone involved.
