1 fatality in Medina County collision
Tragic Collision in Medina County: A fatal accident occurred on Saturday morning in Medina County when two vehicles collided at the intersection of State Road and SR-303 in Hinckley Township. The Ohio State Highway Patrol reported that a 2018 Ford Fusion failed to yield from a stop sign while turning onto SR-303, resulting in a crash with a 2022 Chevrolet Colorado traveling east on State Route 303. The driver of the Ford, identified as 40-year-old Halley Woodward, tragically lost her life and was pronounced dead at Brunswick Medical Center. The driver of the Chevrolet suffered minor injuries but did not require hospitalization. Both drivers were wearing seat belts at the time of the accident. The incident is currently under investigation.
